This training introduces participants to the topic of neurodiversity and the importance of neuroinclusion in business. We will discuss the wheel of neurodiversity and the characteristics of various profiles in the workplace context. Our proprietary program is aimed at acquiring practical communication skills. Workshop-style meetings (optional) develop leaders' and managers' competencies in managing neuroinclusive teams, identifying the strengths and needs of neuroatypical employees, and implementing supportive practical tools. Through interactive exercises, participants will gain skills to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
